- Red, white and blue paper, pipe cleaners
Tools
- , stapler, tape, scissors and star hole punch (or just cut out the stars
Instructions
- Cut a piece of paper in half and staple to make the crown shape to fit their head.
- Punch out red, white and blue stars (or cut them out).
- Tape the stars to the pipe cleaners
- tape the pipe cleaners to the inside of the crown. We cut the pipe cleaners to different heights to make it look like "fire works".
