25 Breakfast Ideas for Kids

A few weeks ago, we shared On the Go Snack Ideas which was a hit with our readers! Today, we are going to share some breakfast ideas with little ones and feature a giveaway of one of our new favorite kitchen items to help make your mornings a little easier!

Right now, my mornings are a little crazy between early morning snuggles with all three kids, nursing the baby, and getting the big ones fed and ready for the day!  Breakfast is one of my kids’ favorite meals of the day and is definitely important to help kick-start their day and give them a little more energy (not that they need it!).  I’m always looking for some new and easy breakfast ideas because we definitely get in “ruts” around here with food items.  So today, I wanted to share a list of 25 Breakfast Foods for Little Ones:

 

 

  1. Pancakes
  2. Cereal with or without milk
  3. Cinnamon Toast
  4. Bagels with topping (cream cheese, peanut butter, jam)
  5. Fruit with Cottage Cheese
  6. English Muffins
  7. Waffles
  8. Oatmeal (Add dried fruit, brown sugar, etc)
  9. Cereal Bars/Granola Bars
  10. Quiche
  11. Eggs (Scrambled, Boiled)
  12. Omelets
  13. French Toast
  14. Fruit Kabobs
  15. Muffins or Mini Muffins
  16. Breakfast Tortilla Wraps
  17. Yogurt Parfaits
  18. Plain Toast with Peanut Butter and Banana
  19. Assorted Fruit (Bananas, Berries, and Kiwi are our favorites!)
  20. Smoothies
  21. Scones, we love the mixes from Sticky Fingers!
  22. Bacon or Sausage
  23. Baked Specialty Breads (Banana, Zucchini, Pumpkin, Etc)
  24. Hashbrowns
  25. Mini Peanut Butter and Jelly Squares
