KRISTEN MIDER is a mother of three, a former English teacher, an avid runner, and a self-taught personal chef with a passion for healthy eating. She writes Cooking for Friends. Kristen grew up, cooking alongside her mother. And now, between shuffling her son to soccer and daughters to ballet, she cooks for other families and blogs about how she gets healthy food on the table for her own family (most nights).
