Easy Penguin Handprint Craft for Kids

December 31, 2018

Winter is here! This is a great indoor activity for all ages and you probably have all of the supplies. We made one for each of the kids and they make for some cute winter decor on the fridge. Here’s how to make this easy penguin handprint craft:

Penguin Supplies:

  • Black paper (or color white paper black)
  • Scissors
  • White paper or felt
  • Orange paper (or color white paper orange)
  • Google eyes or cute eyes out of white paper

Penguin Handprint Craft Directions:

Trace the child’s hand on the black paper and cute it out. Cut a circle out of white paper or felt and glue it onto the black handprint. Cut a beak out of the orange paper (or out of white paper and color the beak orange). To do this, cut a triangle out of paper that’s folded in half. Last, add the eyes. For little ones, help them make the craft and they’ll be thrilled to see their little hand turn into a penguin. For older kids, let them do all the work!
