Every Batch Made From Scratch: Aunt Jemima Lil’ Griddles

I find that the hardest meal to prepare, in our house, is breakfast. We have somewhere to be at 9am most mornings. Even though the kids get up early, I always find the mornings to be rushed. On the weekends, we cook big breakfasts of pancakes, eggs, etc. I want to be able to offer them a delicious breakfast everyday, but never have the time.

They are made with real ingredients: eggs, milk and sugar. The kids gobble them up, just like the ones I make them from scratch on the weekends.
