I used to feel bad about investing in nice pajamas and loungewear…. you never leave the house in it…. but then I realized I really do a lot of important things at home in my pjs: feed 5 kids, rock babies, read stories, help with homework, etc. And truthfully I work in them too: I work at night when the kids sleep and early in the morning.

PLUS nothing helps you realize how key your loungewear is until you’re quarantined for a few months. I have a few favorites & rounded up a list on the blog. This would be a great post to forward to your Valentine for gift ideas.

5 Favorite Pajama & Loungewear Brands

1. Lake Pajamas

Lake Pajamas are a new favorite and would be my #1 pick. I’ve seen people mention them for a few years and couldn’t understand why they would actually be better than other pajamas… then I got my first pair… and totally understood. They are SO comfy. Also, I love all the styles but the one shown above makes me feel like they are a kind of “an outfit” and not just pajamas 🙂 The kids are equally as comfy and wash really well. I’m planning on Tommy passing these on to Miles and then Teddy.

2. Eberjey

Eberjey pajamas were my first “nice pajamas” and what got me thinking it was time to let myself enjoy awesome loungewear. I’ve had these on my Christmas and birthday wish list almost every year since. I like the shorts/short sleeve and the long. The “giselle” style is my favorite. You can often snag a good deal on their site, Nordstrom and I treated myself to a new pair for the hospital when Teddy was coming and snagged a pair on Amazon for under $100.

3. Bella Bliss

I’ve shared Bella Bliss pajamas for kids for years. They are so soft and have the sweetest patterns. I finally thought “hey I deserve a pair too!!” and got some. The adult sizes are just as comfortable. Right now they have the cutest XO pattern that would make a great Valentine gift.

4. J. Crew

These J. Crew pajama sets are super soft. I got the pink/red as Christmas pjs and realized the colors double are festive Valentine pjs. There are a few other colors too and right now they are 30% off with code EPIC.

5. Target’s Stars Above

If you’re looking for a super soft set at a great price, the Stars Above line from Target are SUPER nice for under $30. They seem to sell out but restock so keep an eye for a restock if you don’t see your size. These shorts/short sleeve sets are my summer favorites.

Have a snuggly Sunday!
