Happy Monday Funday! It’s been a whirlwind weekend at our house, which I will share more about tomorrow with some BIG news, but I am thankful to kick off our week afresh! We are excited to announce that we have become a member of the Tommy Nelson Mommy program! We love the adorable videos from Tommy Nelson, Cocka Doodle Doo The Right Thing and Hermie & Friends: I Will Tell the Truth & Be Careful What I Say. The videos are aimed towards children 4-7, include special educational features, and focus on teaching children values about honesty and respect.

The “Chirping” girls enjoyed watching Hermie & Friends: I Will Tell the Truth & Be Careful What I Say DVD at their house. I may have to borrow this video for our house, as I have been working hard with the boys to teach the importance of telling the truth, which is exactly what this video is trying to teach! The DVD features two episodes from the beloved Hermie and Friends collection, based on telling the truth and apologizing.

Right now Rory just likes to "talk" really loud but I would think it'd be harder for me to teach her when to hold her tongue instead of saying things….
