Holiday Gift Guide for Toddler Girls

December 8, 2014

For more holiday inspiration,  please follow our Pinterest boards for our latest pins, including all our favorite holiday ideas!

Today, I am excited to share another post in our Holiday Gift Guide series.  This post is all about toddler girls!  With two older brothers, it’s time to finally shop for our little girl.  We already own lots of toys (thanks to her big brothers!), but I wanted to find a few unique and fun items that Abby could call her own.  These are all fun holiday gift ideas for little girls!
First, I am sharing Abby’s Toy Wish List for this holiday season.
These are toys that I know that will be played with for several years & that she will enjoy daily:

Toy Ideas for Toddler Girls:

Micro Mini 3-in-1 Kick Scooter:

I am always on the search for toys to get my active kids outside and moving.  Abby’s brother’s own use their Mini Kick scooters daily so when I saw that they had a Micro Mini 3-in-1 Kick Scooter, I knew that it would be something perfect for her to have and allow her to grow into a scooter of her own!

Land of Nod Little House Nod Chair:

We decided that our kids’ big gift this year is to have their own place to chill, read, & look at books.  The boys are getting their own set of beanbags, but when I saw this adorable Land of Nod chair, I knew that this would be the perfect spot for my little girl!

Corolle My Doll First Accessories Set:

Abby is all about her baby dolls so it’s time for her to have a few accessories to play with.  Courtney recommended this set as one of her girls’ favorites & it looks like the perfect addition to her growing doll collection.

Corolle Mon Premier Bebe Bath Toy & Accessories:

Another Courtney recommendation:)  With Abby’s love for baby dolls, I thought this would be a great addition to our bath toy collection.  The Bebe Bath Toy is specially designed for water play and comes with cute accessories.  Perfect for the bath & for trips to the pool this summer!

Frozen “Anna” Baby Doll & Frozen “Elsa” Baby Doll:

When you ask Abby’s brothers what to get her, they always say something “Frozen” because that’s what the girls in their class like.  So when we discovered these Frozen baby dolls from Jakks Pacific, these are the perfect way to bring “Frozen” into your toddler’s life & her brothers can’t wait to give her a little Anna and Elsa!

Skip Hop Zoo Tableware Set:

With three kids, we are always looking for a few high-quality children’s tableware & I love this adorable set from Skip Hop.  Perfect for the winter & will be a great addition to our never-ending dishes!

Little People Princess Tower:

Little People is HUGE in our house with three little ones & I thought it was time to add some pink and purple to our Little People collection with this fun princess tower.

Bead Maze:

Someone gave me something similar earlier this year as a hand-me-down & I have been saving this toy for her Christmas gift, as it looked like something that she would love to play with.  A simple toy is often one of the best!

Green Toys Dish Set:

Abby has been really into playing in our play kitchen.  When I saw a great deal on this dish set, I immediately snagged it up as I knew that this set would be a great addition to our play kitchen.

Mommy & Me My First Jogging Stroller:

Abby’s doll stroller desperately needs a replacement so I am going with this durable looking baby jogging stroller so she can stroll around the house, just like her mommy!

Skip Hop Owl Phone

I was on the look out for another simple toy that I could pop in the car or throw into my purse when we are out and about.  After reading some great reviews on the Skip Hop Owl Phone, I am excited to be giving Abby a new phone this Christmas.

Now, I am sharing some other fun finds for Abby.
Some of these are items that she will wear while others are items that she will read:

Clothes, Books, & More for Toddler Girls:

Umi Shoes:

With a toddler, the feet are always growing so I am using this holiday to gift Abby a new pair of shoes in the next size up.  I love the cute shoes that I found from Umi Shoes for Abby, that are durable enough for playtime but cute enough for some more fancy occasions.  Super fun & durable for little toddler’s feet!

Fun, Printed Socks & Dressy Ruffle Socks:

I feel like I am always losing socks with a toddler who is constantly taking off shoes and socks, so this holiday season is the perfect excuse to buy more socks.  I love the fun, printed socks from Sock It To Me for everyday wear, but also love to have a few pairs of the ruffle socks for moments when we need add a few little “ruffles” to the outfit.

Hair Accessories from Bloomz & Brown Eyed Boutique:

With Abby’s hair getting so long, it’s time to gift a few hair accessories.  Some of my favorite finds this season come from Bloomz and Brown Eyed Boutique.

Winter Hat & Mittens:

It’s always nice to have an extra pair of winter hat & mittens (in case you can’t find the first set), so when I saw a fun and adorable set for Gymboree on sale a couple weeks ago, I snagged the deal and will be adding the hat and mittens to Abby’s Christmas collection!

Cinderella: Les Petits Fairytale:

It’s time to add just a couple girly books to our HUGE board book collection (many about trucks and trains).  I thought this looked like a fun book for our little girl!

Little Owl’s Night:

I saw this at Barnes and Noble recently & thought it was adorable.  Another fun book to add to the collection.

Twinkle Twinkle Little Star:

We have another sing a long book similiar to this & Abby loves it, so I thought it would be fun to get this book to add to her bookcase.

Snuggle the Baby:

This interactive book looks perfect for my little baby-lover!

Belly Button Book:

Abby has recently started to identify her body parts & loves when we blow on her belly button so this looks like the perfect book for her.

And last, I am sharing some tried and true favorites for toddler girls that we already own.  These are toys that have really been played with & are highly recommended!:

Other Favorite Gift Ideas for Toddler Girls:

Little People Farm, Bus, Train, Airplane:

Little People has always been a favorite in this house & honestly my almost 6 year old STILL plays with them.  HIGHLY recommend for toddlers & preschool age.  We have all these sets and everyone is used often!

Little People Happy Sounds Home:

Another Little People favorite that would be perfect for your little girl.  It’s like a dollhouse, but toddler friendly.  Again, this toy will grow with your little one and Courtney says that her girls still play with it daily several years later after receiving it.

My First Purse:

Abby received this last year for her baby’s first Christmas & she still plays with it daily.  (And I have to admit that her brothers steal and play with it at times too)  Super cute & a great set for the price!

KidKraft Kitchen and Kitchen Play Food: Cutting Food, Fridge Food Set, Grocery Cans:

A kitchen is the perfect item to get when you have a toddler as this will be a toy that they will use for several years to come.  One of our kids’ most used toy ever & totally worth the investment!

Cozy Coupe:

Another favorite for many years.  We don’t have the “girl” version but just the classic version with two older brothers but again another toy that is great to buy with a toddler as they will use for several years.

Doll Cradle:

Abby received a doll cradle for her first birthday & it is one of her favorite “doll” toys.  If you don’t see one of her baby dolls in it, then you may just find her sitting in there as well!

MegaBloks:

Think Legos for little ones.  Great & easy toy to have for little ones!

Leapfrog Picnic Basket:

Another toy that Abby received last year on her first Christmas & has been used daily in the past year.  So cute & fun!

Little Helper Broom Set:

I’m all about encouraging kids to help around the house & the Little Helper Broom Set is one of Abby’s favorite toys to play with lately as she always wants to be doing what Mommy is doing.

Play-Doh & Accessories

My toddler loves Play-Doh & often does it with her big brothers, but just make sure to supervise your child when you do this at a younger age!
