Kicking off the Season with Momtrends

November 26, 2017

It’s  always fun to kick off the Holiday Season with Momtrends!  This is the 6th year in a row that I have attended this event and it gets better and better each year. They’re my first look at the year’s holiday trends and they always host a great party. I was excited for a night out in New York City, checking out the fabulous finds the Momtrends Team was sure to deliver. This year, there was so much to see! Below is a recap of my 5 favorites, but be sure to check out the Momtrends post (click here) for a full description of the event and top trends for the holiday season.

5 Fun Finds at Momtrends #MTHoliday 2017

1. Pearhead

Pearhead has the cutest personalized gifts from baby to pets. There are cute crafts like this “mistletoe-toes” canvas I will be making with Miles this season. Last year I made their Baby’s 1st Christmas ornament with him. These make great baby shower gifts too!

2. Noble Vines

Wine is a staple of the holiday season (at least in our house!). It’s good to have a few bottles on hand for entertaining or for host and hostess gifts. Noble Vines has an amazing assortment of varietals for every palette. (The Cabernet is a best-selling fave.) I was so impressed with everything I sampled from Noble Vines. Better yet, they all range from $9 to $11.

3. Jarlsberg Cheese

What goes with wine? Cheese, of course. Jarlsberg was at the event with a fun table where you could work on making festive cheese trays for the holidays. I never realized how many cool ideas they have on their site for holiday entertaining.

4. Red Velvet NYC

I’m not a baker, so while I love the idea of baking with the kids at the holidays, it’s a little overwhelming. Enter Red Velvet NYC: They send you everything you need, including the highest quality ingredients, to bake up something delicious–pre-measured and ready to go. Cute decorations and pretty packaging make these boxed goodies extra sweet.

5. Name Bubbles

We loved using Name Bubbles to label everything for Back to School. I never even thought about how easy they would be for gifting! Another fun idea: at the event we used Name Bubbles labels for DIY hot chocolate jars to give to friends and family members.

Happy Holiday Season!
