New Year’s Eve Activity for Kids: FREE Printable

December 27, 2021

Anyone else getting a little Winter Break cabin fever? It’s about 10 degrees outside here and we haven’t gotten out of pajamas in days. The kids are having a blast with all their Christmas gifts but also driving each other a little nutty and me! I made this New Year’s Eve activity for kids last night. It’s a free printable for all of you to enjoy too. I have used it when each of the little darlings (monsters) needed to have a little time to themselves to draw.

It’s pretty fun to see what they choose as their favorite memory from the past year. Tommy chose “getting real tools” which happened 2 days ago on Christmas. Alex chose “dinner with Paige and Alexis” which happened on vacation. It cracked me up because they were kids they met in the kids club in Anguilla that they liked so much they asked us if we could have dinner with their whole family. It really was a fun dinner memory from 2017. Leave it to kids to help you make new friends too!

Maggie chose swimming in Anguilla. She said she chose that because she had never seen ocean water that blue in her life. Alex was wild and crazy on the trip (per usual) and would jump into the water screaming “cowabunga”. Alex also wore a big snorkeling face mask the entire 5 days which Maggie clearly remembered too. The trip was amazing and it was neat to see that both of the girls chose memories from the trip.

New Year’s Eve Printable

This printable (click here to download and print) is fun to do this week while you are trying to stay sane indoors. It’s also fun to print and hand out at a New Year’s Eve party. I hope you had a wonderful 2017!
