Watchung Stables: A Review By Kids

This year for Bring Your Child to Work Day, I took the girls on their first writing assignment. We talked about things I note when we travel, how I try and structure an article, etc. This is each of their reviews of Watchung Stables in New Jersey.

Dear Reader: If you like animals and the outdoors, I recommend Watchung Stables. You can do so much there! You can ride horses, go to horse camp and even have your birthday party there! If you want to go to the camp, you have to be 9 years old. There are a lot of fun things you will get to do at the camp. You get a horse to take care of and you get to learn plus you have a horse show at the end. It goes for 1 week. When I visited I got to pet the horses when we were in the stables. There are rings in the back where they run. I saw one black horse with some white down the middle of his head. He was so beautiful. His name was Madden. I totally 100% would recommend going to Watchung Stables!

I think that if you like horses, then Watchung Stables is the place for you@ You can have birthday parties, do camps and even ride horses. My favorite horse was Buckles. He wouldn’t leave me alone! For birthday parties you can invite 30 people because they let you have 2 horses and allow 15 kids per horse. See, that is why I think you should go to Watchung Stables!
