Thankfulness is important all year long and Thanksgiving is a great time to talk to kids about being thankful. It’s a whole day to celebrate what we are thankful for and this year we have some special little cards that kids can hand out around the holiday. These free Thanksgiving printables are an easy way for kids to think about different people in their life they want to say “thanks”. Click here to download and print Free I’m Thankful for Cards.

I’m Thankful for Cards

The first sheet has specific people: friends, neighbors, siblings, etc. These you can just print out, cut and hand out. These are fun to print out and pass out around Thanksgiving. The friend and neighbor cards would be nice to leave as a little treat for someone, maybe with something else the child can make (a craft or bake something). It’s almost like how kids like to “boo” each other at Halloween, but with a “thankful” twist!

The second sheet is fun for kids that can write. There is a fill in the blank: “I am thankful for you because”. These sheets are really nice to print, cut out and place at each guests’ plate on Thanksgiving. People at the table can fill them out and hand out to others celebrating with them.

These free printable Thankful Cards would also be fun to use at a classroom Thanksgiving party. Kids could fill them out and bring home to their families for Thanksgiving. However you use these cards I hope you enjoy them and they help kids celebrate how much they have to be thankful for this Thanksgiving holiday! Click here to download and print the cards.

Thanksgiving Dresses

The adorable dresses in this post are from Pink Chicken. Pink Chicken has been a favorite brand for years and this season their dresses have the prettiest fall colors. They make for great Thanksgiving dresses!

A year later and we’re still using these fun cards! A few updated photos with some of our NEW favorite Pink Chicken fall styles for this year. Both are in the “first fall markdown” on the Pink Chicken site if you need a Thanksgiving dress!
