Friday Favorites: Maia Yogurt { And Giveaway}

September 27, 2013

Over the past few months we’ve shared a few tasty recipes using Maia Yogurt.  Today we’ll share the yogurt with a few lucky winners!

We eat a lot of yogurt in our house. We eat enough, that I felt it necessary to ask the pediatrician if it’s “too much”. Luckily, she said it’s just as healthy as I thought & we should keep enjoying it. Since we eat a lot of it, I like to switch it up. We eat different brands, flavors & how we eat it: plain, in smoothies, with granola for breakfast & with sprinkles for dessert.

One of our favorites is Maia. Maia Yogurt is an all-natural low-fat yogurt Greek-Style yogurt. It’s  packed with probiotics, protein, prebiotic fiber and all the good things you find in yogurt. It’s our go-to for smoothies & my healthiest lunch choice. It’s also made by local dairy farmers & in addition to making healthy yogurt, Maia is friendly to the environment.

In addition to being delicious & healthy, Maia loves Moms.  Maia says:

Every day we’re inspired by moms who make personal sacrifices to ensure their family’s health and happiness. It’s with their stories in mind that we promise never to sacrifice taste, quality or nutrition for the sake of commerce.

So now, two ways we’d like to share this week’s Friday Favorite with you:

1. A coupon for $1 off.

2. A Maia giveaway

We will pick 5 winners. Each winner gets a Maia Yogurt tshirt (size of their choice) & 5 cups of Maia Yogurt (vouchers for free cups).

Don’t forget, there’s still time to enter our GIANT Fall Favorites Group Giveaway!

    I actually just like eating it plain or with a bit of granola. It does make a good substitute in cooking though to lighten things up!

    I love using yogurt in smoothies. My favorite is vanilla yogurt with strawberries, banana, and a little apple juice. I also like using plain Greek yogurt as a dip for veggies. Just add a little ranch seasoning.

    I make a beef stroganoff with plain greek yogurt and fresh mushrooms. It's so much better than a canned version.
