Whether you’re having a Dr. Seuss themed baby shower, a birthday party or celebrating Dr. Seuss Day, we’ve got some fun ideas to try!

This year, in honor of Dr. Seuss Day, I went in to Alex’s preschool class to read one of our favorite books. For Alex, my little book worm, this was very exciting. She was even more excited to see her Dr. Seuss shirt that matched her favorite book!

I made some cute treats for the kids in the class. This would also make an easy birthday party favor.  I  used a sheet of Dr. Seuss stickers stapled to a little bag of red fish. I made this “one fish two fish” printable to attach. You can make your own by downloading the free printable below:

For a fun little Dr. Seuss Day party, we had green eggs and ham. Our ham was a Boar’s Head ham steak and since my kids prefer hard boiled eggs, we dyed some eggs green! I loved all the bright, cheery Dr. Seuss tableware from Birthday Express. It made for an adorable table for the kids.

We also made a Dr. Seuss craft. I saw something similar to this at the girls’ preschool and love making things with their handprints. All we did was a make red handprint with a cut out of their face glued on top. Then for the hair, I made scraps of blue paper and let the kids glue it on. They thought this project was hysterical! All party supplies shown and the Dr. Seuss shirt are from the awesome collection at Birthday Express.

We were not compensated for this post. We did receive samples of party supplies for the purpose of review. As always, all opinion are my own.
