Tonight we have a gift guide for some of the hardest people to shop for: the guys. Whether it’s my husband, brothers or dad, I am always at a loss at what to get them. Below are 5 gift ideas for guys. A few are gifts I’ve given that were a big hit, and a few are items I’ll be gifting this year. Be sure to check out the very end of the post, for a chance to win one of these gifts!
Last year I got Tom a gift certificate to J. Hilburn and it was a big hit. I got him the amount it would cost for a custom shirt (which to my surprise was only $100). A consultant came to the house after Christmas and he was able to select from tons of high quality fabrics. Then he chose the fit he preferred, got measured and could even add things like a monogram. He was so impressed with the shirt. In addition to custom shirts and suits, J. Hilburn has a whole line of clothes you can order online.
I got the CYREN for Tom for Father’s Day last year. It’s an awesome gift and it’s small size makes it possible to listen to music anywhere. Tom even takes it outside to listen to while doing yard work. I researched quite a few portable speakers before I chose the CYREN. It’s great, especially for the price. Right now they are under $50 on Amazon.
Slippers make a good gift for guys, because it’s something they’ll use all winter, but not something they will typically go out and buy themselves. L.L. Bean has a great, well made pair of slippers for men.
Tom commutes to the city every day and I thought it would be nice for him to have some warm, leather gloves this Christmas. I found some nice ones at Nordstrom, and as usual they have free shipping!
5. Rockwell Sonicrafter F50 (get 15% off the entire Rockwell site until 12/31 with code CHIRPINGMOMS15). What guy doesn’t love a new tool for Christmas? Tom doesn’t have a ton of tools, so something like the Sonicrafter F50, that can help with so many different projects, is perfect. The Sonicrafter F50 is an oscillating multi-tool. It features a Hyperlock tool-free blade change system. It accepts other brand accessories, which is helpful. Tom says it’s really easy to use, and it’s a great tool to have on hand for projects. GIVEAWAY: Since we are currently in the midst of our “12 Days of Toys” giveaway series, we thought we’d include a prize to win for Dad too. The Rockwell Sonicrafter F50 tool is just like getting a new “toy” for Christmas! Please enter using the Rafflecopter below.
