Halloween Fun with the Bella Bliss Fall Bliss List

October 20, 2020

We love the Bella Bliss Fall Bliss List. When they asked us to make one of our own, we checked off the list with some Halloween favorites:

1. Bring Back Snail Mail:
Mail a friendly “boo”!
All you need is white paper, scissors and markers or crayons. Fold the white paper in half and draw a ghost shape, making sure one side of the ghost is on the fold. Cut it all out except the side along the fold. Draw a ghost face on the front and inside write “Boo! I Love you!”. Mail it to someone you won’t see this Halloween. Snuggle up while you write out your cards in Bella Bliss Pima Pajamas

2.) Spread the love: Leave a “boo” for neighbors
We made little bags with small toys, candy, creepy sunglasses, etc. My kids love dropping it on a doorstep and running away before the neighbor opens the door and sees who “boo-ed” them. You can also leave a little note inside saying to “pass it on” and boo someone else. Our favorite pumpkin outfit matched our “boo” cards: Bella Bliss Pumpkin Romper

3.) Old is new
Bring back out favorite Halloween books and re-tell spooky stories passed down year after year. Click here for some of our Halloween favorites.

Another way that “old is new” is to make your own Halloween costume using an outfit you have at home. We took Teddy’s favorite Bella Bliss velour outfit and made it into a dalmatian! You can use adhesive felt for DIY costumes so you can simply peel off the felt after Halloween so you can keep wearing your favorite outfit.

– Bella Bliss Velour onesie
– Black and red adhesive felt
– Black or white baby hat

4.) Outdoors
There’s lots to do outdoors around Halloween. Our favorite is to visit a pumpkin patch!
