I’m pretty particular about what I put on the kids’ skin and what goes in the bath with them. My kids love bath time and spend time splashing around every night. When I buy bath products I think about the fact that they’ll be splashing around in these products nightly and let’s be honest… at least some of it will end up in their mouths. So when I buy bath and body products for the kids, I look for natural and organic products. I want products that I feel comfortable letting them splash in the bath with and products I’m ok with sitting on their skin all day and night. That being said, I also want the products to work well!
We recently tried out the new line of baby products from ACURE and I was really impressed. ACURE is know for creating natural and organic skin, hair and body products. Their products are created using only plant and food based formulas, and now they have a new line for baby. The line features certified organic products that are all formatted with non-estrogenic ingredients. The products are also all free from gluten, paragons, sulfates, phthalates, synthetic fragrances, harmful preservatives and artificial colors.
My favorite ACURE Baby product is the “Baby’s Day Out” set. This little boxed set is perfect for keeping in your diaper bag and beach bag this spring/ summer. It includes their Bug Stick, Sun SPF 30 Stick and the Fix-It Stick for ouchies. This would be a great gift to add to a baby shower gift.
We are also loving their 4-in-1 Foamer. This product is a hand soap, bubble bath, body wash and shampoo. We like the “Yummy Baby” scent but you can also get it in fragrance free. I’ve used this on all 4 kids too: baby, toddler, preschooler and kindergartner. A few other products in the line include a lotion, an All Better Balm and Baby Buns for diaper rash.
The line is priced really well for the quality and that they’re all organic. Also, for the price I find the quantity really good – sometimes with great organic bath products you pay a high price for a tiny amount. ACURE Baby products are available online but will also be hitting Target and Whole Foods soon.
