Monthly Meal Plan: 30 Days of Whole 30 Meal Ideas & Recipes

June 30, 2020

By: Kristin

A few months back, my husband and I decided we wanted to do a little “reset” in terms of what we were eating. We aren’t the unhealthiest eaters, but knew we could be doing better. I was determined to find a plan that wasn’t a “fad diet”; rather, one that I knew I could stick to and maybe even return to in the future. Today I’m sharing our Whole 30 Meal Calendar.

After just a bit of research, I decided to take us both on a journey through eating Whole 30. Luckily, because it’s been around for some time, the internet is packed with amazing recipes that follow the Whole 30 plan. The meals were delicious; everything from salads, to fish, to vegetables and everything in between.

Even when the 30 days were over, I found myself continuing to make some of the Whole 30 meals just because of how delicious and nutritious they were. Some of them were also great for modifying to please the palettes of my toddlers at home!

The calendar has a variety of meals, so hopefully there’s something for everyone (and keep in mind, most of these recipes make enough for more than 2 people, so we found they made great leftovers for lunch the following day!). For other free meal calendars, click here.

I love just keep the calendar version linked above open as a tab on my computer so I can shop for ingredients and then have the recipe links ready for cooking.

Another easy way to save these recipes is to follow our Pinterest board: Whole 30 Meal Planning. The pins are the exact recipes in this calendar! Whole 30 Meal Planning Pinterest Board
