The Chirping Moms

Pampers Firsts {& Giveaway}

February 9, 2015

Tommy is my 3rd baby, and once again, I’m enjoying all of the wonderful “firsts” of having a little baby in the house. This time, it’s been even more special having his two older sisters home with me every day, watching these special moments. Last week, Tommy rolled over for the first time. I yelled down to Maggie and Alex to come up and see Tommy’s new “trick”. They were so excited and wanted to watch him try over and over again to roll, chanting “go Tommy go, go Tommy go!”

With all three babies, my favorite “first” is when they first start smiling back at me. The sweet toothless grin and bright eyes, always melts my heart. Babies grow and change so much the first year, and there are so many special moments along the way. I am a sucker for commercials with parents and children (I cried at more than one Super Bowl commercial this year), so I love the new Pampers commercial that celebrates a newborns journey of “firsts”.

Pampers Swaddlers were the first diaper I put on all three of my newborn babies. They are  #1 choice of hospitals in North America and the first diaper worn by millions of babies. Swaddlers are Pampers softest diaper and offer up to 12 hours of overnight protection. Pampers listened to moms who said they wanted the Pampers Swaddlers softness to be available throughout their diapering years, and Swaddlers are now available through size 6. Besides being super soft, I like the color changing wetness indicator that signals when the baby needs to be changed. I’ve tried quite a few diapers, but for newborns, Swaddlers have always been my favorite.

Tommy is growing fast and has quickly gone from Pampers Swaddlers size newborn, to size 1 and now a size 2. They keep him dry, comfy and happy. We are loving every minute with this sweet baby, and look forward to all the “firsts” he has ahead of him.
