The 12 Days of Toys: Day 5, myPad

This may be one of the coolest new finds for Christmas this year for my little ones.  The myPad looks like a big, giant iPad created for the littlest in your family.  How adorable is this toy?!?!?!  My kids, including the baby, are definitely all about trying to grab my iPhone or our family’s iPad right out of my hands, so I love this “toddler-friendly” version that they can have all to themselves.  

The myPad, created by Mirari, features 20 colorful light up images and 40 fun sounds and phrases that activate when children press the arrow buttons.  I’m pretty sure that this toy will entertain all three of my kids.  The baby will enjoy pressing the buttons while watching the lights appear and disappear.  Andrew, my three year old, will love exploring how to make all the fun sounds and phrases and having his own little version of an iPad.  And Aiden, my oldest son (almost five), will be packing this in his “work bag” and pretending to head to the office on the train just like his daddy does everyday!  If I can find a that can entertain all three kids, then it is a definite addition to our Christmas “wish list”!

  36. Yep! Just got one more thing. …I know a niece that would love to have this. She loves using her mommy's iPad. It would be nice to get this for her.
