The Chirping Moms

This Week’s Giveaway: Out of Print Clothing

August 20, 2012

We continue our Back to School posts with Out of Print Clothing.

I can’t think of a better shirt to send the kids off to school in than one from Out of Print. This wonderful company celebrates the world’s great stories through fashion. I first found Out of Print when searching for a Great Gatsby shirt for my mom. My mom is a high school English teacher & loves books more than anyone I know. Since we were very young, my mom has always shared her love of reading with us & the importance of reading the classics. I have memories of sitting with my brothers while my mom read us Hamlet (we were about 3,4 &7). I love reading to my girls & can’t wait to share some of my favorite classic books with them as they grow.

I was thrilled when I found a Gatsby shirt on Out of Print but even more thrilled when I saw their line of children’s shirts. They have a great selection of titles: Charlotte’s Web, Corduroy, Harry the Dirty Dog & more.

Out of Print shares the joy of reading with these great shirts & also by donating books to children in need. For each product they sell, the company donates one book to a community in need through their partner: Book for Africa.

These shirts are perfect for school. Maggie loves her Wonderful Wizard of Oz shirt & Aiden couldn’t be happier that he now has a Mike Mulligan & His Steam Shovel shirt. Be sure to “like” Out of Print on Facebook & “follow” on Twitter for all sorts of cool lit news & specials.

For this week’s giveaway, Out of Print will send one lucky winner a shirt of their choice!
