The Chirping Moms

Worms!

May 12, 2016

Got worms? Or kids that love worms? My girls spend hours in the yard digging for worms. They make homes for them, name them and then beg to bring them inside for the night (we do not bring them in). It was recently time for the preschool science fair and the girls decided to create a worm habitat and bring their favorite earthworms along with them to the fair.

To go along with the worms, I created a little “Fun Facts About Earthworms” printable. I wanted to share it here in case anyone else has worm fans in their house. It’s a fun way to teach the kids a few things about worms before they head out to dig or them. Enjoy the printable and the dirt!
