Chocolate Chip Peanut Crunch Cake

We all need a little chocolate in our life.
And peanut butter.
Can’t get much better than this, seriously go make this…

 

Chocolate Chip Peanut Crunch Cake

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of yellow cake mix (with pudding in the mix)
  • 1 cup of peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 cup of water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1/2-3/4 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1/2-3/4 cup of peanut butter chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cake mix, peanut butter, and brown sugar on low speed until crumbly.
  3. Set aside 1/2 cup of crumbly mixture.
  4. Add water, eggs, and oil to remaing crumb mixture and blend on low until moistened.  Then beat on high fro two minutes until smooth.
  5. Stir in 1/4 cup each of chocolate and peanut butter chips into batter.
  6. Pour into a greased 13×9 pan.
  7. Combine nuts, reserved crumb mixture, and remaining chips.   Sprinkle mixture over batter and press lightly into the batter.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  9. Cool and Enjoy!

    Looks delicious! Peanut butter and chocolate are always the perfect combination. A piece of this along with a glass of cold milk would be so yummy 🙂
