Time to get your pumpkins ready for Halloween! We usually carve at least one big pumpkin each year but all of my kids like to get a chance to decorate pumpkins. This year we made some rainbow painted pumpkins. We loved having rainbows hang in our window during quarantine so this was a way to add our rainbow theme into our Halloween decor.

Rainbow Painted Pumpkins

Personally I think painting pumpkins this is easier than carving pumpkins with kids. Yes, itโ€™s just as messy but no sharp objects are needed ๐Ÿ™‚ You can use any size pumpkin but I grabbed a bunch of the little ones for painting. Any paint works and you can add glitter, sequins etc if you have them. For big kids, using Sharpies and making designs is a lot of fun too.

For the rainbow pumpkins I think using a sponge brush is easiest. We put all of the different paint colors on paper plates and use the sponge brushes to make them rainbow. It was fun and I love how they look!

Mini Boden Rainbow Kids Clothes

Our fun fall rainbow outfits are from Mini Boden. They always have the best rainbow wear and are the comfiest fall clothes. These rainbow overalls are by far our favorite fall wardrobe staple. Boden has 25% off until October 29th with code K9Q9.

Have fun getting your pumpkins ready for Halloween!
