Easy DIY Monster Headband

October 3, 2019

By: Courtney Byrne

Need an outfit for a Monster Mash? Hoping to look ghoulishly great this Halloween? You’ve come to the right place. We’ve got a super easy DIY Monster headband and some adorably scary Halloween clothing picks for kids. Look no further (get it….lots of eyes ha). It’s time to get crafty and ready for a fun October!

Here’s how we made the easy DIY Monster Headband

Monster Headband Supplies:

  • Pom poms in assorted sizes and colors
  • Googly eyes in assorted sizes
  • Glue (we used hot glue for ours)
  • A head band

Monster Headband Directions:

Place the headband on the table and start placing the pom poms around the headband and then stack some to create the style you’d like. Once you like how you’ve arranged them, glue them in place. Next, start glueing the googly eyes onto the pom poms. Let everything dry completely. Last, put on your monster headband and see how many people you can scare!

Mini Boden Halloween

Ready to complete your monster outfit? Mini Boden has the cutest line for Halloween this year. Since we were making a monster headband, we picked this glow in the dark monster tee that has eyes just like the headband. Click here to check out the shirt and how it glows! I am loving the line this year because there are lots of bright colors and not just all orange and black. There’s some hot pink, lots of purple and most important: lots of glow in the dark!

Here are a few Mini Boden Halloween favorites for girls: (view the whole line here)

And a few Mini Boden favorites for boys: (view the whole line here)

Have fun getting ready for Halloween!
