DIY Ninja Turtle Paper Plate Mask

May 12, 2020

My 2 heroes in a half shell (or more like tasmanian devils). 4 & 5 year old boys in quarantine = not easy. The sunny days are great but the rainy ones… I just cross my fingers for no broken furniture (or glass, or bones, or sisters prized possessions… you get it). It’s also not easy to get their attention for crafts now that we’re on week 8… but a NINJA TURTLE mask…. 100% got them to sit still and craft. Here’s our easy Ninja turtle craft: COWABUNGA!

Ninja Turtle Craft Supplies:

  1. Paper plate
  2. Green paint
  3. Google eyes (or marker)
  4. Construction paper in your favorite Ninja Turtle mask colors
  5. Scissors
  6. Glue

Directions:

Start by painting the paper plate green. While it’s drying, cut masks out of the paper. Once the plate is dry, glue on the paper masks. Then glue on the google eyes (or draw on eyes). If you want to wear the mask and see through it, cut out eye holes instead of gluing on eyes.
