This Paper Plate Chick Craft is fun for Easter and also any time this spring. At our preschool, they do a spring chick hatching. My girls have been asking when they could go in to do a craft in Tommy’s preschool class (after I went in for St. Patrick’s Day). So we were trying to think of baby chick crafts. This is an easy kids craft and as you can see in the video, my daughter did it all on her own. Here’s how to make a cute spring chick craft with feathers.
Paper Plate Chick Supplies:
Scissors
Glue
Yellow Feathers
Google eyes or black paper eyes
Orange Paper
Paper plate
Orange pipe cleaners

Paper Plate Chick Directions:
Glue feathers to the plate. Glue on eyes. Cut a beak out of orange paper and glue it on. Cut the pipe cleaner in half and then cut a small piece off both halves. Twist the small piece around the large piece to make the legs. Glue or tape them to the back. Enjoy your cool new craft!
