Smoothies On the Go for Little Ones!

It’s breakfast time in this house and one of our new favorite things to make right now, especially with summer time on the horizon, is SMOOTHIES! Today, I’m going to share one of our favorite smoothie recipes with you:

Banana Berry Smoothie Recipe || The Chirping Moms

Handful of frozen berries
One banana
About 1/4 cup of milk
About 1/4 cup of orange juice
Approximately 1/2 cup of yogurt (I use whatever flavor I have on hand—usually vanilla, strawberry, raspberry, etc. As long as it isn’t too crazy of a flavor, we throw it in!)
About 2 teaspoons of sugar

Blend all the ingredients together and you have one delicious smoothie!
