Where to Wednesday: 5 Reasons to Visit Four Seasons Scottsdale This Holiday Season

November 19, 2015

I’ve written about the Four Seasons Scottsdale many times now. We’ve taken 2 family vacations there over the past few years and both trips were memorable and perfect for our growing family. To learn more about the resort and why it’s wonderful for families, check out these posts:

10 Reasons to Stay at a Resort With Family

Top Family Restaurant: Proof

Today I wanted to share some awesome things going on at the resort this holiday season! If you are looking to book a trip somewhere warm for the holidays or even New Year’s Eve, Four Seasons Scottsdale has so much to offer. Here are jut 5 of the reasons to visit Four Seasons Scottsdale this holiday season:

1. Cookies With Claus

This adorable program has become a big hit at the resort. At Cookies with Claus, children get to make mason jar cookies with mix-ins, such as candy canes, chocolate candies and sprinkles! They will hear stories with Mrs. Claus and write letters to Santa. To top off the fun, they will also enjoy a festive hot chocolate bar with all the toppings. They also will receive a special takeaway gift of cookie mix to bake later for Santa!

2. Special Holiday Meals

Talavera and Proof, the two wonderful restaurants at Four Seasons Scottsdale, have special holiday meals families can enjoy over the next 2 months. For details, menus and pricing, click here.

3. Family Game Nights

The Four Seasons Scottsdale does a great job of providing activities the whole family can enjoy. Each Friday during the holiday season, the Fountain Terrace will be transformed into a game lawn! It will feature bocce ball, ladder ball, croquet and other sporting games. The lawn will be all lit up with sparkling lights and everyone can enjoy yummy s’mores stations.

4. Holiday Pampering

The Four Seasons Scottsdale has an amazing, relaxing spa. It really makes you feel like you’ve escaped and are on vacation. This holiday season they have some special holiday offerings that are sure to make you feel pampered, including Bathtime and Bubble and the Holiday Happy Hour.

5. New Year’s Eve Events

If I wasn’t going to be 9+ months pregnant at the time, I’d hop on a flight to Scottsdale for this New Year’s Eve bash: The Four Seasons Scottsdale will be hosting a Veuve Clicquot sponsored “Let’s Veuve” Party in their bar, Onyx. The best part is that while parents attend that party, there will be party kids can attend at the Kids For All Seasons club!

It’s sure to be a holiday to remember at Four Seasons Scottsdale this year!  Whether you’re looking to book a trip there or to any Four Seasons location, make sure to add a Four Seasons gift card to your wish list. You can use them for trips, meals or the spa!
