Cotton Ball Snowman Wreath

January 13, 2021

Back with another snowman craft! Today I’m sharing a Cotton Ball Snowman Wreath. This is an easy one and doesn’t require many supplies. You probably have them all at home already. All you need is paper, glue and cotton balls. The Cotton Ball Snowman Wreath is a great winter activity for the long days indoors. For more snowman crafts and activities, click here.

I prepped this craft the night before and it was a good “quiet time” activity. I actually made it the size I did so it would take a while to complete. Then I realized that the size made it great for hanging up and looked like a snowman wreath!

Cotton Ball Snowman Wreath

Supplies:

  1. White cardstock or white paper plates
  2. Black construction paper (optional – you could also just color white paper black to make a hat)
  3. Black and orange markers
  4. Cotton balls
  5. Glue
  6. Stapler
  7. Ribbon or string

Cotton Ball Snowman Wreath Directions:

Cut out 3 circles from the cardstock or paper plates. Make each one slightly bigger to have it look like a snowman. The smallest circle, the snowman’s head: have the child use the markers to make a face. The next 2 circles, cut out the center of the circle. Staple all 3 circles together. Put glue on the 2 bottom circles and cover with the cotton balls. Next cut out a black hat and glue it on the snowman’s head. Once the snowman wreath is dry, add some ribbon so it can hang. Hang up your cotton ball snowman wreath!

Pin this snowman craft for later!
