For the past couple years, the June Activity Planner for Kids has been one of our most popular posts on Pinterest. So over the years we have added more monthly activity planners for kids. These are always free to use, free to print and hopefully add lots of fun for your kids. Today we have a July Activity Planner for Kids that’s packed with easy things to keep the kids busy this summer. 

This July Activity Planner for Kids is more of a fun, colorful printable to hang up for easy ideas throughout the month. I’ve listed out the 30 activities below and some of them link to posts that share a “how to” or an idea on how to complete that activity. 

There are so many free, fun things kids can do in the summer but it’s totally something that in the moment you think more “what on earth do I do with the kids all day, it’s raining?!?!” and less “here are 5 things you can do today in the rain”. That’s why we make these lists. The ideas on them aren’t genius, they’re there to help you come up with fun things to do off of a cute, colorful list you can print. Even better: when the kids can read and all you have to do is print this list, hang it on the fridge and tell them to “pick something” each time they are bored!

One fun tip with this list: print an extra and give it to a friend. It’s fun to have friends working off the same activity planner. You can do activities together. Also, for things like “board game day” you can pass games along to have “new games” to make the day more fun. Did you do “bake a treat” day? Bring one of the treats to your friends and maybe they’ll bring one back on their “bake a treat day”!

We try to make these lists a combo of things to do outside, things to do inside, things to do at home and things to do out of the house. We hope it’s the perfect balance for your summer days.
